The grapes come from the Biobío Valley, the southernmost region in Chile for vine cultivation, near the coastal mountain range. This vineyard is trellised to provide optimal ventilation and adequate sun exposure, achieving full fruit expression while maintaining its unaltered freshness. Sauvignon blanc ripen slowly, preserving the delicate origins and delivering their maximum natural expression, resulting in perfect balance.

Intense notes of grapefruit, lemon and classic herbs. Crispy, vibrant, very tasty with an attractive saline touch.

Brett Jackson

Brett Jackson, originally from New Zealand, has been Chief Winemaker at Viña Valdivieso since 2001, bringing experience from France, the U.S., South Africa, and his home country. Known for his terroir-driven approach, he has transformed Valdivieso’s still wine program, elevating quality and ambition while honoring Chile’s traditions. He is especially recognized for the cult wine Caballo Loco and its white counterpart, Caballo Loco Blanco, showcasing his balance of innovation and respect for heritage. Jackson’s global perspective and dedication to regional authenticity have helped position Valdivieso as one of Chile’s most dynamic and forward-thinking wineries.
