Lindaflor Brut Nature 2024

Lindaflor Brut Nature 2024

$50.00

Made with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Lindaflor Brut Nature 2024 presents a luminous pale yellow hue. The nose is delicately aromatic, offering notes of white fruits and floral nuances. On the palate, it is fresh with good tension and structure, culminating in a refined and balanced finish.

Crafted using the traditional Méthode Champenoise, the base wine undergoes gentle pressing and fermentation at low temperatures (13–15°C) with fine lees contact, enhancing aromatic intensity and mouthfeel. The secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle, followed by 36 months of aging on lees, imparting complexity and subtle toasty notes. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with sushi, soft cheeses, or lightly spiced dishes. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
