Grapes come from a vineyard in Mayor Drummond, Luján de Cuyo, planted in 1906. The winery began the organic certification process in 2015.
This is a 100% Malbec, intense dark red with violet hues, aromas of red fruit with floral and fresh notes, balanced with good body and soft tannins.
Ideal with grilled meats, stews, chicken with heavy sauces, and hams and cheeses.
